Each dish for your menu is discussed and tailored to your requirements.

A dining experience in your home, prepared and cooked by a very experienced professional chef gives you, the host, time to relax and socialise with your guests. Whatever the occasion, be it a small dinner party, or a larger celebration, a menu will be offered to fulfil all your expectations.

For your "Bespoke" Dinner Parties we shop, deliver, cook, serve and wash-up

Our meat is supplied by Bartletts of Bath who source their meat from West Country and Welsh Farmers. Our fish is supplied by Wings Of St. Mawes, Cornwall, which is caught fresh every day. Where possible we try to and use our local farm shops for fruit and vegetables. Herbs are grown in our own garden by Jean Our Ice Cream and Sorbets are Home Made by Michael.

It is cheaper to entertain in your home as this saves on travel, petrol, expensive wines and service charges. You will be dining in a relaxed atmosphere with your friends and family.

Weddings are a busy time, let me help to take some of the catering stress from you.

How does a hassle free evening before your wedding sound?

I can prepare a "take-away" service, a cold buffet or perhaps a family dinner.

My services also include a lovely traditional afternoon tea with sandwiches and home-made cakes a thought for the Sunday after the wedding. Another thought that might appeal is a "picnic" near a river or in a park for your family and friends to enjoy and relax with you for Sunday lunch,all prepared and delivered to your special spot.
